Joanna Scott Joins Venue Coalition As National Booking VP

Veteran touring agent Joanna Scott has joined entertainment consulting company Venue Coalition as vice president of national booking, where she will focus on servicing the company’s 120-plus member venues across North America and assist them with national and regional bookings.

“I’m beyond excited to be joining Venue Coalition and working with such a fantastic team,” Scott said in the announcement. She most recently served as a touring agent at UTA’s comedy department. “I’m really looking forward to collaborating with agents and promoters to bring more opportunities to our venue clients and incredible events to their stages.”

Before joining UTA in 2015, she spent time at Creative Artists Agency , where she’s credited with playing a pivotal role in expanding one of the agency’s top touring divisions.
