Tracy Chapman Returns To The Road
Tracy Chapman finishes up support duties for Sting in late July and goes right back out on the road for a solo tour of theatres and sheds through early September.
The tour opens July 25 at the Kresge Auditorium in Interlochen, Mich.
Chapman is out in support of Telling Stories, her fifth album.
The tour will stop in 18 cities, including Boston, New York, Baltimore, Dallas and Los Angeles before wrapping up at the Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle on September 2.
The singer/songwriter has been busy this year. She embarked on her first solo North American tour in nearly four years in April, followed by a string of European dates before being tapped to appear with Sting in July.
