Footage will also be taken from the July 25, 27 and 28 concerts for release as a home video, which, as well as the live CD, is slated for a November release, according to an Epic Records spokesperson.

The Fillmore gigs will precede the launch of the group’s co-headline outing with the Beastie Boys, titled Rhyme and Reason 2000. The tour kicks off at Molson Park in Barrie, Ont., August 2 and, so far, dates include eastern U.S. venues such as RFK Stadium in D.C., Giants Stadium in New Jersey and the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan.

Additional dates covering the western half of the country are expected to be announced soon. Openers on the Rhyme and Reason tour include Jurassic 5, Queens Of The Stone Age, Busta Rhymes, The Roots, At The Drive-In, and Common.
