Tickets for the bash range in price from $20 – $55 and go on sale through the casino’s box office and Ticketmaster August 12.

The annual benefit raises cash for the Tiger Woods Foundation – founded by Woods in 1996 – and other youth charities based in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, including the Greater Las Vegas Inner-City Games, the Andre Agassi Foundation, America’s Promise, and Students Run L.A.

In addition to the concert, there will be appearances by other celebrities plus VIP events before and after the show.

It won’t be Rimes’ first appearance at Tiger Jam, but it will be her first as a featured performer.

“LeAnn was in attendance at Tiger’s benefit concert last year,” Erin Villiotte of the Tiger Woods Foundation told Pollstar.

“She’s been a big supporter. She loves Tiger; he loves her music, so it’s kind of a two-way street.”

Rimes has spent her summer recuperating from a strained vocal chord, but contributed to the soundtrack for the film “Coyote Ugly,” which opens August 4. She’ll be back on the road in September.

Aguilera, the former Mousketeer now riding high as a teen pop queen, is in the midst of her first arena headline tour. Seal recently concluded a North American tour of theatres and sheds in support of his latest, Human Being.
