When he’s not on the road, the godfather of shock rock is regularly seen around Phoenix, Ariz., playing golf and hangin’ at his rock-n-jock themed Alice Cooper’stown restaurant.

But Cooper is still good to go for a 30-plus city jaunt, leather and all.

He’ll kick it off September 1 at the Clemens Center in Elmira, N.Y., and swing through most major markets including Boston, Los Angeles and New York City, where he’ll close out – appropriately enough – on Halloween.

Cooper is hitting theatres in some secondary markets, too, including Toledo, Ohio; Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; and Greenville, S.C. More dates are expected to be announced.

Cooper will throw out the first pitch at several ballparks in September. His pitching duties include his first-ever visit to the new Comerica Park – home of his beloved Detroit Tigers – September 3.
