They’ll play at least six dates, kicking off December 6 at the San Jose Convention Center and moving on through Houston, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston and New York City markets.

The band is supporting a new album, Revelation, the fourth since their 1997 debut.

In other 98 Degrees happenings, the happy news is co-founder Drew Lachey tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Lea Dellecave October 14 in a low-key ceremony in Cincinnati.

The couple have known each other since fifth grade, according to the bride’s mother. They both attended Cincinnati’s School for the Creative and Performing Arts, as did fellow band members Justin Jeffre and Nick Lachey, Drew’s brother.

The unhappy news for the group: they’ve been sued by their former manager for $25 million.

Top 40 Entertainment and principal officer Paris D’Jon – who became the group’s manager in 1995 – filed suit October 11 in U.S. District Court alleging the foursome improperly terminated their contract in December 1999.

The suit contends that the company helped propel 98 Degrees to stardom, but was given the axe once the group found fame at the crest of a wave of popular teen-oriented vocal acts such as ‘N Sync and Backstreet Boys.

The guys plan to file a counterclaim. “The band’s view is that they had more than ample grounds to terminate Mr. D’Jon and Top 40 as their manager,” 98 Degrees attorney John J. Rosenberg said.
