Still, the kid brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is an old pro at the tender age of 13, having already toured with BSB, Britney Spears, and Nickelodeon’s All That And More caravans. He’s also the youngest performer ever with four Top 40 singles to his credit.

He’ll kick off his solo jaunt February 9 at the Florida State Fair in Tampa, and spend the next month at major clubs and theatres including House of Blues in Orlando and New Orleans, the Electric Factory in Philadelphia, the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C., and the Avalon in Boston.

Before hitting the road, he’s got shows lined up at the House of Blues in Los Angeles and a January 18 slot at the massive Rock in Rio festival in Brazil.

Carter’s most recent release, Aaron’s Party (Come Get It), has already been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America and has spawned a hit single with the title track. A second single, “That’s How I Beat Shaq,” will be released in January with the requisite video featuring L.A. Lakers star Shaquille O’Neal.

In addition to the tour, a Disney In Concert special featuring Carter will air March 31.
