Following Lizzy’s set, Ulrik Zander was shot at 2:45 a.m. outside the band’s tour bus by an unidentified assailant.

Frontman Lizzy Borden was among the witnesses who spoke to police, who reportedly have several leads on the alleged shooter and anticipate an arrest soon.

“More than anything, what’s most important is that (Zander) will recover. It’s one of those rock ‘n’ things, but we’re grateful he’s on the road to recovery,” a Lizzie Borden rep told Pollstar.

“With the blessings from our friend and brother Ulrik Zander, we are committed more than ever to finish what we started. The Deal With The Devil tour will continue on as planned,” Borden said.

“We’ve endured many obstacles on our return to the road … [including] the current shooting of our friend and crew technician right in front of my eyes.

“We are dedicating the remainder of the tour to our friend Zander who is lying in the hospital with three bullet wounds. He is truly the man of steel and I know he will be back on the road with us very soon,” Borden said.
