Her new album is due for release on November 13 – the same day the paperback edition of Chasing Down The Dawn, a collection of stories taken from her journals, reaches stores.

The schedule she has lined up could be just about as intense as a full-blown tour as the singer/songwriter visits several radio stations each day to perform an acoustic set.

Pollstar has information on dates from September 17 through September 21, with more to be added in the near future.

Along with live performances, Jewel is also scheduled to participate in morning show interviews. A typical day, like the first on September 17, has her in the San Diego area hitting stations KFMB, KHTS, and KXST-FM.

For fans looking to catch Jewel on the airwaves, be forewarned: Not every station will be broadcasting the performance live; some air the following day.

On September 22, Jewel will join Alanis Morissette, Nelly Furtado, David Gray, Coldplay, Shelby Lynne, Barenaked Ladies, Everclear and other artists for the WMBX Mixfest 2001. The event takes place at Foxboro Stadium in Foxboro, Mass.
