Vandross’ stop in Washington, D.C., will be a two-night engagement at the DAR Constitution Hall, November 10 and 11.

Since the ‘80s, the crooner has been cranking out a number of enduring hits, including “Here And Now,” “Give Me The Reason” and “Endless Love.” His five Grammy awards and album sales in excess of 20 million are a testament to Vandross’ continuing popularity.

Concert audiences love him too. Vandross has been making hearts go pitter-patter in person since 1981, touring with artists ranging from New Edition to Vanessa Williams and headlining numerous outings of his own.

Last year, he defied rumors that he had died with a several-month-long stint around the States, including a co-headlining tour with Boys II Men. After taking most of this year off, a svelte and healthy Vandross returns to the road promoting his latest release, Luther Vandross.

The Ultimate Luther Vandross, a collection of his hits, was also released this summer.
