The program, which will feature new and old hits from Jackson’s catalog, will be filmed for broadcast during Jackson’s February 17 performance at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu. The broadcast date has not been announced.

Jackson’s HBO debut came in 1998; “Janet: The Velvet Rope” was nominated for four Emmy Awards and won one.

Between now and the February show, the sultry pop queen takes a break from her grueling tour schedule. She has one show in Japan exactly a month prior to the Hawaii gig.

Jackson has been on the road since July with her All For You tour. Her album of the same name debuted at No. 1 on Billboard charts in April.
