Bad Company To Record Live Album On New Tour
Veteran rock group Bad Company have lined up a string of performances slated for January 18-30. Concerts during the seven-show series will be taped and filmed for a live album and DVD, set to hit shelves in May.
Bad Company have been back in the saddle since their full reunion in 1999. That year they released the Original Bad Company Anthology – an overview of highlights from their career with a few B-sides – and took off on a U.S. tour with David Lee Roth.
In 2001, they co-headlined a three-month-long summer tour with Styx. Shortly thereafter, Bad Company joined other rock stars of the ‘70s and ‘80s for a pair of tribute concerts for the victims of the September 11th tragedy.
Bad Company’s live tour schedule starts off with a two-night stand in Kelseyville, Calif., and moves on to Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas and southern California, wrapping up in Anaheim on the 30th.
