The two-hour performance will showcase tunes from the singer’s most recent disc, which is a collection of Broadway songs as well as songs from Osmond’s own extensive catalog.

Osmond made a career comeback last year when he embarked on his first solo, non-theatrical tour in 11 years. The summer venture followed on the heels of his album release and was met with good reviews.

The Count Basie Theatre in New Jersey hosts the first show of the 14-date outing. Buffalo; Verona, N.Y.; Lowell, Mass.; Mt. Pleasant, Mich.; Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; Normal, Ill.; Youngstown, Ohio; Ontario; Cleveland; Chicago; Lancaster, Pa.; and Atlantic City are the other cities that follow on Osmond’s April 10 through May 11 tour.

Preceding his spring tour schedule, Osmond and sister Marie will be part of the team of runners carrying the Olympic Torch on its final leg to the Olympic Stadium in Salt Lake City. The famous brother-sister singing duo are from Utah and still reside there.
