Ozzy Signs Up For USO
Once considered a national threat to morality, Ozzy Osbourne has received the official stamp of approval from the U.S. government and is signed up to perform for troops overseas February 18-21. During his tour of Japan and Korea, Osbourne will perform free shows, sign autographs and mingle with the troops.
Ozzy has just finished a mini-tour of Japan, which makes it handy that his USO gigs are in the same area.
After entertaining the troops, Ozzy heads back to North America for a run through Alaska and Canada.
Meanwhile, fans can catch a bite of Ozzy’s more personal life as he and his family subject themselves to MTV cameras for the upcoming series “The Osbournes.” The show features weekly installments of Osbourne family life, showing the artist and his family in everyday situations. The music video network sent their camera crews to tail the Osbourne clan for the better part of six months, 24/7. Think “Real World” Ozzy-style.
“The Osbournes” debuts March 5 on MTV.
