Along with the concerts, the tour features The Adrenaline Theatre Film Festival which showcases clips from new action sports movies. The film fest will play before the headliner at each venue and includes scenes from the top skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, BMX and motocross flicks.

The X-Ecutioners have been getting their fair share of press lately. Although the turntabalist troupe has been around since the late ‘80s, it’s their latest release, Built From Scratch, that’s got the critics buzzing. Originally called the X-Men (they changed their name to avoid the inevitable lawsuit), the X-Ecutioners are one of the few turntabalist groups out that mix their tracks by hand, rather than with a sampler and sequencer.

Joining the X-Ecutioners are the political rap sounds of The Coup and human beat-box Kenny Muhammad, who was featured on the X-Ecutioners’ Built From Scratch album.

Ticket prices have been kept at a student-friendly $15. As with tours of the sort, the Adrenaline Tour will be giving away door prizes and sponsor merchandise at each stop.
