Burnin' The Midnight Oil

Midnight Oil get set to make the long trek from their native homeland to North America for yet another round on the road. The rockers, who were Stateside last fall, return beginning March 19 for 18 dates. Included are four shows in Canada toward the middle of May.

The band also has plans of spending the latter half of 2002 playing to fans in Europe.

After their last North American run (October and November 2001), Midnight Oil returned to Australia for a few small shows, road-testing their new material before their official tour started.

Their new album, Capricornia, was released in the U.S. in February and is expected to hit the shelves in Europe somewhere around March or April.
