The band’s tour kicking off on June 20 at First Union Arena in Pennsylvania, with arena-sized venues on the menu.

This trek marks Korn’s first-ever “in the round” performances. The band will perform on a round stage positioned at one end of the venue, with each member of the band playing to different sides of the arena during the evening. The setup ensures that fans will get views of the entire band throughout the night.

As previously announced, singer Jonathan Davis will spice things up by using a bio-mechanical mic stand custom designed by Swiss artist H.R. Giger. The stand is shaped like a “busty, metallic space creature that looks like a cross between an Alien beast (the monster Giger designed for the movie stories) and a Playboy centerfold.”

Korn have returned from a brief blitz of South America earlier this spring. Static-X and Linkin Park tagged along for the ride, which marked Korn’s first since their 2000 tour with Powerman 5000 and Papa Roach.

Untouchables, Korn’s fifth and latest album, will be released June 11. The first single, “Here To Stay,” is already floating around the Top 10 in the rock charts.
