The quartet is ready to make the rounds again, this time hitting a number of smaller cities passed over on recent road trips. Named after the band’s latest album, the Morning View tour launches August 31 in Reno and treks around U.S. amphitheatres and arenas through the end of October.

Lead by Brandon Boyd (vocals/percussion), the heartthrob known to females the world over, and bandmates Mike Einziger (guitars), Dirk Lance (bass), Jose Pasillas, II (drums), and Chris Kilmore (turntables), the band just wrapped their slot on the Honda Civic Tour. The outing also featured Hoobastank and saw the two groups playing to large arena crowds on the three-month tour.

Unlike Incubus’ recent outings, this new journey looks to be relatively sponsor-free. Last year’s big trek was sponsored by AT&T Wireless and featured interactive kiosks on prominent display throughout the tour. Thanks to corporate sponsorship like AT&T and Honda, ticket prices have been able to stay at a low $25. There’s no word yet on what tickets will be going for on this round.
