Confirmed dates have the bands tackling East Coast arenas through October. A full tour itinerary is expected soon.

Pop-rockers Good Charlotte will also perform for a select few shows – October 9, 11, and 14.

A few Rolling Stones shows interrupt the schedule, as No Doubt will be opening for the veteran rockers on October 12, 18, and 26.

This is the second headlining tour for both No Doubt and Garbage this year. The first half of 2002 saw the two bands individually trekking across the States, each filling theatre houses as they toured in support of new tunes.

In addition to similar touring schedules, new hit records, and having both been an opening act on part of U2’s mega-tour in 2001, Garbage and No Doubt leaders – Shirley Manson and Gwen Stefani, respectively – are also friends. Hence, the co-headlining journey for this fall.

The Distillers complete this trio of women-fronted bands. Lead by Brody Armstrong – wife of Rancid’s Tim Armstrong – this relatively new California group has been making waves with their fresh punk tunes.
