Cyndi Lauper is onboard through December 19.

“The road is tough, but the audience makes it all worthwhile,” said Cher.

The Living Proof outing – named after Cher’s latest album which was released at the end of February – will include material from the entire span of her career. A portion of the proceeds from the tour will be donated to the Children’s Craniofacial Association.

It’s been two years since Cher has done an official tour. She was last on the road in 2000 supported by Lou Bega, selling out a healthy number of arenas on the way.

In other Cher news, the legendary diva will receive the Artist Achievement award at the Billboard Music Awards, held December 9 in Las Vegas.
