Lifehouse To Tour U.S.
Lifehouse have announced their first American tour in support of their sophomore album, Stanley Climbfall. Current dates find the band on the road for two weeks, starting mid-March, and sticking to the Eastern half of the States.
After their short American tour, Lifehouse will cross over the Atlantic for a seven-date tour of Europe, the U.K. and Ireland. Two of those shows will be held at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire. Additional shows in the States will follow in May, with more expected to be announced.
This tour marks the introduction of Lifehouse’s new guitarist to American audiences. Sean Woolstenhulme joined the band in September and is a former member of The Calling – who supported Lifehouse on their previous U.S. run back in 2001. He’s also a brother to Lifehouse drummer Rick.
When asked if audiences can expect to hear THE song – you know the one – on this latest tour, lead singer Jason Wade said, “Definitely. ‘Hanging By A Moment’ always gets a great reaction from the crowd. For the majority of our fans, it was their first connection to us. We will always be grateful for the song because it opened the door for people to listen to the rest of our music.”
