Following the Stateside run, Carter will take off to Japan for a five-night engagement, including a two-night stand at Tokyo’s Zepp Tokyo.

“I am very excited about singing some of my favorite songs from artists who have inspired me, like Sammy Davis Jr., Elvis, The Turtles, Beatles, The Monkees, KC & The Sunshine Band, Bee Gees, Earth Wind & Fire, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Billy Idol, and Michael Jackson,” Carter said.

“It is going to be so cool to dress in the styles of each decade and to add my own flair to my favorite songs.”

The show is being billed as a musical ride through the ages, honoring some of music’s greatest influences from the ‘50s through the ‘80s. Avid Carter fans won’t be disappointed as he’s expected to perform his top hits as well.

Running up to the start of the tour, Carter will be camping out in the studio working on his next album. He’ll also begin production on his first starring role in a feature film, “Future Force,” sometime this year.
