The band is headlining a fall outing with Something Corporate and Mest supporting. Initial dates find them playing arenas for one month from September 18.

Chicago, Detroit and New York City must love the guys a lot because they’re sticking around for two- and three-night stands in those cities.

More dates are expected to be added to the itinerary, possibly bringing the bands out West. Currently, only Midwest and East Coast stops are scheduled, with two shows in Canada included.

“It’s going to go back to the United States and then that’ll be it,” the band’s Joel Madden told VH1 about tour plans earlier this summer. “One more time the kids will get to hang out and we’ll all have fun, and then we’ll go away for awhile and make another record.”

Apparently, Good Charlotte aren’t content to rest on their laurels for The Young & The Hopeless, the group’s most recent album. The disc has sold in excess of two million copies and helped net the boys three MTV Video Music Award nominations.
