The tour begins October 3 at Los Angeles’ Troubadour and will include one date with Iron & Wine in Atlanta.

Things will wrap at home in November with a double date at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall, with Vanderslice playing the first night and The Velvet Teen the second.

Beulah are supporting their new album, Yoko, which was recorded in part at Vanderslice’s Tiny Telephone studio. Despite occasional hints and rumors to the contrary, they have insisted via their official Web site that they will not be breaking up after this tour.

Fans have a chance to get a bit more directly involved this time around. In order to create a setlist tailored to the audience’s desires, Beulah have asked fans to email a list of the 10 songs they “absolutely cannot live without.” Visit beulahmania.com for details.
