Both bands will appear at the Reading and Leeds Festivals the weekend of August 23-24, after which MMJ will do a few more dates in such divergent locations as Dublin, Reykjavik, and Philadelphia before the two bands hook up again in New York for two shows at the Bowery Ballroom.

The Sleepy Morning combo will stay on the road through September 25 in Chicago, after which the Sleepy half will head across the pond for a string of U.K. dates taking them through mid-October.

In less than two years together, The Sleepy Jackson have built a worldwide following and issued two indie EPs. Their debut full-length, Lovers, was released this summer on EMI.
