Already in progress, the schedule finds the English group making stops around the continent for the month of September before hitting the U.K. up for 10 shows in October.

Then, they’re off to North America for a jaunt around venerable venues in major cities. They wrap the tour with three shows in Australia at the end of November.

It’s the band’s first outing since 1995, when they punked up their English homeland for a few weeks at the beginning of the year. The following year, Killing Joke released their Democracy album and then all but vanished from the music scene.

Now, they’ve got some new tunes to show off while on tour. Titled Axis Of Evil, the album is said to be the band’s heaviest – according to reviews, they’ve cranked the metal up to 11 – and features Dave Grohl flexing his drum prowess on a couple of tracks.
