The rockers have confirmed the benefit gigs will take place at Asbury Park in New Jersey December 5-7. Funds raised will go to local charities and organizations.

Evoking a time long ago, the tickets will be available through Ticketmaster charge by phone only. The restrictions include a two-ticket limit per person, and a two-ticket limit per show per phone call.

They’re up for grabs at $100 and can only be picked up the night of the show with two forms of ID necessary to claim them.
