Although the official kickoff isn’t until March 18, he’ll be warming up with the KC 2004 College Tour, which begins January 22. Local charities will benefit from the six concerts, three of which have confirmed. The other three will be announced Monday, January 26.

He’ll play Texas’ annual RodeoHouston event March 17, and then it’s nothing but touring for a good six months. Sure, he’ll take a week or two off here and there, but for the most part, it’s solid gigs for Chesney through mid-September, all in the good ol’ U.S. of A.

He’ll be taking a full band along on all dates, as well as opening acts Keith Urban (March 18 to May 22), Uncle Kracker (June 3 to September 10), and Rascal Flatts (June 3 to August 27, excluding June 26 and July 29).
