The Distillers Bare Their Fangs
Barely six weeks into the new year, The Distillers are off to a healthy start. The punks have already hit Australia, are currently in Europe, and plan to stop off in Japan before embarking on a new North American tour.
The band will squeeze in a couple of California shows between Europe and the Japan dates, which include an appearance at Chiba’s “Magic Rock Out Festival.” The North American leg gets going in earnest March 25 in Chicago.
The dates stretch for just over three weeks, capping off with an April 16 gig at The Rave / Eagles Club in Milwaukee.
The Distillers, consisting of Brody Dalle (ex-Armstrong), Ryan Sinn, Tony Bradley and Andy Granelli, are currently supporting their third album – and major-label debut – Coral Fang, released last October on Sire.
L.A. punks The Icarus Line, whose sophomore release is due out this year, are set to support in North America.
