Flu Sidelines Madonna
Under doctor’s orders, Madonna has postponed tonight’s concert at the Los Angeles Forum. According to the singer’s official Web site, she has the stomach flu and was advised by her physician to stay home and get some rest.
Tickets for the show will be honored at the rescheduled gig, set for Wednesday.
Madonna’s Re-Invention tour began Monday with the first of three planned concerts at The Forum. The politically charged show included video imagery of war casualties and roughly a dozen costume changes.
