The band will visit clubs across the country before ending the tour in Chicago October 16.

A band known well and perhaps loved best for their live shows, The Hip have been making, gritty rock ‘n’ roll for more than 20 years.

They’re also big supporters of the arts and grassroots organizations in their native Canada, which is why they’ll be performing at a benefit for the Community Foundation of Greater Kingston on September 12.

The all-day show at Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, will also feature Matthew Good, The Hugh Dillon Redemption Choir, The Sadies, James McKenty & The Spades, Chris Koster and wiil be hosted by Dan Aykroyd.
