The gents from Montreal will play shows in support of their sophomore album of the same name, which is set to hit stores October 26.

The band has been working on the follow-up to their multi-platinum debut album, No Pads, No Helmets-Just Balls. The quintet toured non-stop for nearly two years in support of their debut album with Blink-182, Good Charlotte, Avril Lavigne and a headlining stint on theVan’s Warped Tour.

Simple Plan plans to hit the road with a vengeance through 2005.

Drummer Chuck Comeau said the band is ready. “For the last 6 months, we’ve been working day and night on making the best new record possible.

“It’s an amazing feeling to finally be done and get back on the road doing the one thing we love the most – playing shows. Plus having Mae and Plain White Ts joining us will make for an awesome night.”
