‘Cats’ Up For Sale?

Andrew Lloyd Webber is reportedly entertaining offers for his company. “Phantom Of The Opera,” “Evita,” “Cats” and the rest of his empire has drawn interest from a number of parties.

According to the New York Daily News, the company – Really Useful Group – reportedly could sell for as much as $934 million.

The News speculated potential buyers may include Clear Channel, Anschutz Entertainment Group and Robert F.X. Sillerman.

The latter recently got back into the swing of things by purchasing Elvis’ business empire.

Webber spokesman Peter Brown declined to comment for the story.
