Jack Utsick is taking on the modeling biz.

The promoter’s Worldwide Entertainment company and a Miami real estate developer have acquired half of Michele Pommier Management, which books and manages hundreds of top models, not to mention Utsick’s 8-year-old daughter, Mickey.

The company has offices in Miami and New York City, and there are plans for expansion into Las Vegas and other areas.
