SMG To Manage Expo Center

SMG has won a contract to manage the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center in Pikeville once construction is completed.

The venue will feature an arena floor of about 24,000 square feet and will seat 7,000 for concerts.

The $29 million center will serve as a multi-purpose facility, with about 5,000 square feet of ballroom space overlooking the arena floor.
