Global Spectrum, ICC Face Off In Texas

Global Spectrum is in a contract dispute with venue project manager International Coliseums Co. over the 6,800-seat Dodge Arena in Hidalgo, Texas.

ICC is trying to terminate a contract between the two and Global Spectrum has a temporary restraining order.
