Headliners for the Rock and Roll end of the music will include The Pixies, The White Stripes, The Killers, The Flaming Lips, Death Cab For Cutie, Garbage, and so on. The hip-hop side will be filled out by Snoop Dogg, Black Eyed Peas, Method Man, and famed DJ Mix Master Mike.

Aside from all the tunes, concert-goers will have the opportunity to goof off on the carnival rides provided. Various booths will be set up featuring the arts and crafts of Southern California vendors for the attendees to consume.

And speaking of consuming, the “Southwest Airlines Taste of San Diego” will be up and running, making available the cuisine of some of San Diego’s best restaurants.

This year’s festival is set for Friday, July 29 and Saturday July 30. It will take place in an area of downtown San Diego just adjacent to Qualcomm Stadium. Weekend passes are available for $65, while VIP passes are available for $300.
