Parents Group Files Live 8 Complaint

The Parents Television Council complained to the Federal Communications Commission about The Who‘s Live 8 performance at London’s Hyde Park, during which the band again asked, “Who the fuck are you?”

Despite a tape delay, ABC failed to catch the obscenity in “Who Are You” during the East Coast broadcast of Live 8 highlights July 2nd.

The effer was removed for the West Coast, the network said. The PTC asked the FTC to fine ABC stations for violating broadcast decency standards.
