AEG Teams With Herbalife

Anschutz Entertainment Group has signed a four-year, multimillion-dollar sponsorship deal that names health product marketing giant Herbalife a “Founding Partner” of AEG’s Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

The deal includes rights for display and sampling at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

On the sporting side, Herbalife will be the official presenting sponsor of the 2005 JPMorgan Chase World Tennis Association tournament at the Home Depot Center complex.

Other Herbalife sponsorships will include the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team, the Tour of California bicycle race and San Francisco’s annual “Bay to Breakers” 12-kilometer run.
