The disc drops August 30 and the tour starts a little more than a month later with two shows at Vancouver, B.C.’s Commodore Ballroom October 3-4.

They’ll play nearly 30 dates, hitting most major markets including Canada before wrapping at home November 18 at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre.

The band played more than 50 shows on their two North American tours last year and sold out almost every venue, including New York City’s 3,200-capacity Roseland Ballroom. They also rocked the nation on the Vote For Change tour.

An Internet presale for selected dates is under way through the band’s official Web site, and the rest will become available to the general public within the next few days.
