The October 8th festival will take place at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Calif., near San Francisco.

British Sea Power will join The Killers, Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire, and Doves on the main stage. The Amp’d Mobile stage will feature HIM and Mindless Self Indulgence in addition to Nine Black Alps and The Lovemakers.

The Extra Action Marching Band will be living up to its name and parading around the festival throughout the day.
