Willie Nelson will officially open his own truck-stop venue with longtime friend Carl Cornelius September 26th.
The club is inside Cornelius’ Carl’s Corner truck stop, located about 50 miles south of Dallas.
Leon Russell, Pauline Reese and James Hand are booked to play the 850-capacity Willie’s Place, along with a benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina victims.
