Molotov Blazes Through U.S.
Riding high on four MTV Latin America VMA nominations and two Latin Grammy nods, Mexican rap-rockers Molotov have launched a lengthy series of U.S. dates that will take them into mid-November.
They’ll travel down the East Coast, through the South and Southwest and up to California by early October. The band will take a break after an October 3 Chicago gig, but they’ll return in early November for a series of Florida shows.
In the interim, the band is probably making room for the October 20 MTV Latin America Video Music Awards – where its four nominations place it high in the running for most wins – and the Latin Grammy Awards, which take place November 3 in Los Angeles.
The tour finishes November 9 at Orlando’s Hard Rock Café.
Molotov is supporting last year’s Con Todo Respeto, its fourth major album.
