Rapper Lil’ Kim made the most of her free time prior to starting a 366-day prison sentence September 19th. She was convicted of lying to a grand jury about a shooting outside a Manhattan radio station in 2001.
“Basically we’ve had to cram months of work into a few weeks,” Atlantic Records Chairman/CEO Craig Kallman told The New York Times. “It’s definitely been difficult; it’s an emotional time for her, but she handled it like a trouper.”
With the rap diva’s latest album, Naked Truth, set to drop September 27th, Lil’ Kim spent her last weekend of freedom shooting three videos for future singles, the paper said.
