Cobb, Meet John

Georgia’s $110 million Cobb Energy Centre for the Performing Arts, which is expected to open June 2007, has a name for its 2,750-capacity theatre.

The Atlanta-area PAC recently received a $10 million donation from developer John A. Williams, resulting in the aptly titled John A. Williams Theatre.

The venue expects to accommodate Broadway shows, concerts and other events.
