Barry Cowsill Missing

Barry Cowsill, 51, a member of The Cowsills musical family that inspired The Partridge Family, remains missing after Hurricane Katrina.

According to numerous reports, Cowsill contacted a family member after the storm passed and said he was still in New Orleans, but hasn’t been heard from since.

Brother Bob Cowsill asks that any information about Barry’s whereabouts be sent to him at robertcowsill@hotmail.com. Bob said in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” he believes Barry was in a CNN video of hurricane survivors at the New Orleans Convention Center.

Sister Susan Cowsill, who also lived in New Orleans before Katrina hit, escaped the storm but it appears her home did not. According to friend Dwight Twilley, she and her family escaped with no more than their clothing and pets.
