The band is currently blazing its way across Europe with Heaven Shall Burn and Evergreen Terrace in tow. They’ll finish up October 16 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Three days later, the San Diego natives will join Slipknot at Chicago’s Congress Theatre for the first of nearly two dozen shows across the East Coast, Midwest and Canada.

Upon that tour’s conclusion, As I Lay Dying will take less than two weeks off before hitting the road again, this time headlining clubs and theatres across the whole of the U.S.

The trek starts in Atlanta November 26, heads up to Buffalo, N.Y., and then back across to the West, finishing up at House of Blues in Anaheim, Calif., just in time for Christmas.

As I Lay Dying released its second album, Shadows Are Security, in June.

The band recently got some hometown kudos when it was named Artist of the Year at the 15th annual San Diego Music Awards, beating out competition including Unwritten Law, Nickel Creek, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Switchfoot, and Louis XIV.
