The fair, festival or special event of the year trophy went to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, which hosts more than a million visitors each year.
The presidents award, presented by ieba President Ed Bazel, was bestowed upon Barbara Hubbard for her ongoing efforts to educate music biz up-and-comers. The founders award went to ieba board member Joe Guercio for his crucial role in the organization.
