After nearly 10 months off the road producing her 9th album, Timeless, and preparing for the birth of her third daughter, Martina McBride will soon return to touring.
The tour, which kicks off January 2006, will feature a two-hour-plus show of signature hits as well as classics from her new album.
“I have to admit that I enjoyed the time off the road devoted solely to the recording process and quality family time,” McBride said.
“Now that the new album is out and I’ve performed for television studio audiences, I realize how much I’ve missed the live show!
The concerts will include a full set of fan favorites such as “Independence Day,” “This Ones for the Girls” and “My Baby Loves Me” plus an additional set of Timeless cuts including the Lynn Anderson remake “Rose Garden,” as well as hits made famous by Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Tammy Wynette and Loretta Lynn.
