Georgia Power
Two of Atlanta’s hip-hop heavyweights are hitting the road together this fall on the “Georgia Power ” tour, and they’ve got a little Louisiana power backing them up as well.
T.I. and Young Jeezy are taking their Atlanta-style rhymes through arenas from November 17 to December 18, with New Orleans native Lil’ Wayne on board for all dates.
The current itinerary includes nearly a dozen cities, beginning at Chicago’s Aragorn Ballroom and winding through the East Coast and back to Wichita, Kan., where they’ll wrap at the Kansas Coliseum.
T.I. and Jeezy performed onstage together at Jay-Z‘s star-studded Power 105.1 radio show in New York City last month and later expressed their mutual admiration to MTV.com. T.I. told the network they would like to stretch the tour into mid-January, possibly with support from Houston’s Paul Wall.
